ISLAMABAD – Another important development reported over Army Chief GeneralQamar Bajwa extension case.
Federal government has decided to call session of National Assembly todiscuss legislation about extension of an Army Chief.
As per details, Ministry for parliamentary affairs has sent a summary toPresident to call NA session on December 4. Sources said the session woulddiscuss legislation on important issues while opposition will raise publicissues regarding inflation and overpricing.
Sources further said government and opposition are likely to make contactsfrom next week to discuss law making for extension of Army Chief GeneralQamar Javed Bajwa.
SC has directed government to make necessary legislation for appointmentand extension of Army Chief within six months.
