SRINAGAR – A police station has been attacked in the occupied Kashmir.
One policeman succumbed to injury in a attack in Occupied Jammu andKashmir’s Shopian district Sunday, reports ANI.
On Sunday, group of militants opened indicriminate fire on a police stationin Shopian. Police constable Saqib Mir was critically injured and he wasrushed to the hospital. However, he couldn’t be saved by the doctors.
According to reports, militants opened fire from multiple directions, thusmaking it difficult for cops. The militants also attacked with grenadestargetting the security men.
They have fled with service rifles. Currently cordon and search operationis underway.
