ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez finally gets a good newsfrom the Pakistan Cricket Board.
He has been called up to the 17-member squad for the two-Test seriesagainst Australia in UAE. Hafeez will move to Dubai from the firstavailable flight.
The chief selector of Pakistan cricket team Inzamam ul Haq on Mondaydecided to include Hafeez in the squad.
“The national selection committee and team management have decided toinclude Hafeez for two-match Test series against Australia,” said PCBspokesperson.
The 37-year-old batsman returned to domestic cricket since he was dropped.
The veteran all-rounder last played test cricket in 2016. He was also thepart of Pakistan’s squad against Zimbabwe but refused to play in place ofthe in-form openers during the tour.
