SHEIKHUPURA – At least 11 people were killed and several others sustainedinjuries in a road mishap in Sheikhupura on Thursday.
As per the details, the ill-fated incident took place in Sheikhupura’sTehsil Safdarabad when an overload and over-speeding bus turned turtlekilling 11 people on the spot and wounding 40 others.
Eight people were killed while 25 others were injured when a bus turnedturtle near Sangla Hill, Nankana Sahib on Thursday.
The bus was heading towards Lahore from Sangla Hill when the accidentoccurred.
The deceased and injured were shifted to local hospital for medico-legalformalities and medical assistance.
The 10 injured people were said to be in critical condition.
