ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar hasconstituted a bench to hear the Memogate case.
The CJP will head the bench comprising Justice Umar Atta Bandial andJustice Ejazul Hassan. The bench will hear the case on February 8.
The Memo Commission had held Hussain Haqqani responsible for the memoscandal.
Hussain Haqqani had left for America after assuring the court of his return.
Notice has been issued to former Ambassador Hussain Haqqani. Sources revealthat Hussain Haqqani will be brought back to Pakistan in the memogatescandal case.
