ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr. FirdousAshiq Awan says the government will continue facilitating institutions towork within their constitutional domains.
Speaking at a function in Islamabad on Friday, she said the government willensure internal stability in the country.
The Special Assistant said the government is striving to create an idealatmosphere for investors and tourists in the country, and the world is alsoattracting toward Pakistan.
She said any negative impression about the country affects journey ofprogress in the country. However, she said, the government will continueprogress of the country.
Referring to Para 66 in the detailed judgment in high treason case againstformer President General (retired) Pervez Musharraf, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awansaid it reflected personal grudge and earned bad name for the country. Shesaid the government will fulfill its responsibility and file reference inthe Supreme Judicial Council against Special Court Judge Justice Waqar Sethfor writing this Para.
