Islamabad: PM Imran Khan responds over the SC verdict on COAS General QamarBajwa extension case.Prime Minister (PM ) Imran Khan on Friday termedSupreme Court’s verdict in the COAS extension case a victory for thegovernment’s legal team.
The premier stated that those who were vying for a conflict amongstate-institutions faced defeat.
He made these remarks while presiding over a huddle of government andPakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokespersons.
While terming difference of opinion part of democracy, premier stated thatcourt’s verdict will be used as a base for legislation in the future.
“Mafia busy in making all-out efforts to rescue looted wealth will continueto face defeat in the future too”, added premier.

PTI firmly believed in democratic norms, the premier was quoted as saying.
