ISLAMABAD: In a startling admission, retired Indian Lieutenant GeneralGaganjit Singh Bakshi has acknowledged that the Pakistan Air Force hasbecome significantly stronger than its Indian counterpart and is on theverge of acquiring fifth-generation fighter aircraft.
Speaking on an Indian television channel, the former general expressedalarm that Pakistan’s rapid military modernisation has rendered severalIndian aircraft operationally unfit for combat, placing national securityin serious jeopardy.
