KABUL: An Afghan official claimed that a suicide bomber targeting a police commander killed at least 14 people including 9 civilians in northern Parwan province of Afghanistan.

The ALP was formed by US in 2010 to support government against insurgent fighters.

Afghanistan is also negotiating with Taliban for peace with the help of China, Pakistan and US.

UN claimed that at least 11,000 civilians have been killed and wounded by militant attacks in 2015.
