Protestors and terrorists both want to stop Pakistan s development: PM

SUKKUR: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that those who are staging sit-in protest are working on the agenda of terrorists because they are the terrorists who do not want to see Pakistan development and prosperity.

While addressing the ground breaking ceremony of Multan-Sukkur Motorway here at today, PM Nawaz said that there is no difference between those who want to disturb law and order situation and stop the way of progress.

He added that politics of sit-in protest has created hurdles in the early commencement of CPEC project while nation has known that who are creating hurdles in the completion of CPEC project.

The premier pointed out that whenever he takes the country on the path of progress his political opponents try to create hurdles in the progress of Pakistan but these elements would not succeed in their designs because nation has rejected their agenda.

He made it clear that we had never feared in past and not afraid now from accountability but his family is being criticized despite of offering themselves for accountability.

He expressed his hope that Pakistan would soon rank amongst the developed countries with the sincere efforts of present government.

Addressing Opposition leader Khurshid Shah, PM stated that he felt would have felt pleasure if opposition leader woulf have been present with him in this ground breaking ceremony. We are constructing bridges in Sukkur and he is demanding our resignation. PM said pointing out to Khurshid Shah.

Talking about CPEC project he underscored that it is the project to connect Pakistan with China and Central Asia while this motorway would connect Pakistan with China Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
