ISLAMABAD – Imran Khan on Saturday claimed that Pakistan Peoples Party wontwo seats from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly as a result of horsetrading.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman said, “The horse trading in Senateelections allowed PPP to win 2 seats in KP where they only have 7 MPAs.”

He added that “this sort of electoral farce raises some serious ethicalquestions”.

“Senate elections yet again witnessed shameful horse trading where MPAsbought & sold their votes as country witnessed this sale of their “elected”ppl to highest bidder,” he said.

Imran asked, “This shows moral decline of our political class. In whichWestern democracy does such a sale happen?”
