KHYBER AGENCY – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa today(Friday) assured tribal elders that all issues faced by tribal people willbe addressed.

According to ISPR, General Bajwa said that Pakistan Army fully supportsmainstreaming of FATA and shall pursue it in line with aspirations oftribal brothers.

Talks regarding peace process are underway with Afghanistan, he said,adding that Pak Army will try its best to ensure law and order in tribalareas of the country.

He further announced that job opportunities will be provided to tribalpeople, whereas, funds worth one billion rupees will be spent for uplift ofthe areas.
