ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesman Fawad Chaudhry onMonday said that renowned actor and talk show host Hamza Ali Abbasi is nota member of their party.

Speaking to Media News regarding Reham Khan’s upcoming book, PTI spokesmanFawad Chaudhry said that PTI has so far not taken any legal action againstImran Khan’s ex-wife and only individuals who think they are being defamedhave decided to sue Reham.

When asked if what Hamza Ali Abbasi did does not fall under response fromPTI, Fawad Chaudhry said Hamza is not a part of PTI.

“None from PTI has even tweeted against Reham Khan… as far as I know, HamzaAli Abbasi is a talk show host and has no connection with PTI,” said FawadChaudhry.

It is pertinent to mention here that on June 3, Reham Khan had a verbalfight with PTI loyalist and actor Hamza Ali Abbasi who claimed to have readthe manuscript of her upcoming biography.

As Hamza said that he has read a manuscript of the book and that the bookwas full of lies about Imran Khan, upon which Reham shared a screenshot ofan email, claiming Hamza had threatened her.

The Twitter feud between Hamza and Reham brought the issue to limelightafter which a number of prominent PTI leaders and Imran Khan’s close friendZulfi Bukhari have served a legal notice to Reham Khan.

Reham married Imran Khan in January 2015 in a ceremony at PTI chief’sIslamabad home, but was divorced ten months later. Her book is expected toreveal some details about the days she spent with PTI chief.
