LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president and former PunjabChief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday termed rumors of boycottingelections ridiculous.
The junior Sharif categorically dismissed the news and vowed take PML-N’scase before masses in General Elections 2018. Shehbaz said, “Pakistanination will announce its verdict by casting vote in the elections onJuly-25”.
On the other hand, former information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has alsodispelled the such news while stating that elections are boycotted by thoseelements who have no performance to show.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice-president Shah Mehmood Qureshion Sunday lambasted Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz forhurling reckless allegations at state-institutions.
Qureshi was addressing a presser here at residence of Rajan Bakhsh Gillaniin Multan.
“Iqbal Siraj had categorically dismissed Sharif’s allegations while statingthat officials of Agriculture Department carried out raid against on hisstore. Nawaz Sharif should either take his statement or PML-N’s ticket fromSiraj Iqbal back.
