SLAMABAD – Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has proposed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)Chairman Imran Khan in the nomination papers for the slot of Prime Minister.

Imran khan has submitted nomination papers for prime minister in theNational Assembly, media has reported.

Imran Khan filed the nomination papers following election of Speaker andDeputy Speaker here Wednesday.

The nomination papers for Prime Minister could be submitted till 2:00 pmtomorrow (Thursday). The election for Prime Minister will be held on August17.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif will likelyfile nomination papers against Imran Khan.
