PESHAWAR – The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has sent Imran Khan a noticeregarding the Sita White case.

The Peshawar High Court heard the case on 9th August.

The petitioner’s stance is that since Imran Khan did not name his daughterTyrian in his nomination papers, he is no longer Sadiq or Ameen and must bedisqualified.

The petitioner also said that Imran Khan did not declare his wife, BushraBibi’s assets in his nomination papers.

Imran Khan has been ordered to submit a response regarding theseallegations.
