ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry hason Sunday claimed to have secured support of 174 members to form governmentin the center.
PTI is all set to formally nominate Imran Khan as candidate for primeminister election, said Fawad.
He said that Imran Khan will continue to hold meetings with politicalleaders in Bani Gala today while a session of parliamentary party has alsobeen summoned on Monday.
Earlier, PTI leader Jahangir Tareen claimed that we will form governmentsin Punjab and the center while we will do a strong opposition in the Sindhassembly.
The PTI had taken the decisive lead by winning 116 seats against formerPrime Minister Nawaz Sharif s Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) andformer President Asif Zardari s Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) which won 64and 43 seats, respectively.
