*KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Vawda on Tuesdaysaid the nation would soon hear such a big news on money laundering in afew days which they would have been yearning to hear for several decades.*

“Under the recent agreement with the United Kingdom government againstmoney laundering, the nation is going to hear such a big news in a few dayswhich they would be badly yearning to hear for the last 65 years,” he saidwhile talking in context of the arrest of a Pakistani political figure inthe UK.

He hinted at crackdown on money launderers by not only bringing back theirill-gotten money stashed abroad, but extraditing those criminals also.

“Those who have been involved in this should become restless from now onafter signing of the pact between Pakistan and the UK today,” he said.

Faisal said the prime minister would disclose about the said breakthroughin a day or soon after Ashura.

This should be noted that a political figure from Pakistan has beenarrested by the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA) in connection with moneylaundering investigation on Monday.
