KARACHI – Prime Minister Imran Khan has made an unprecedented announcement,first ever in the history of Pakistan.
PM has announced to give nationality to the children of Afghan and Bengaliimmigrants born in Pakistan.
The premier in his address at the Diamer Bhasha fundraising event at theSindh Governor House announced to give citizenship to the children ofAfghan and Bengali immigrants in view of providing them employmentopportunities.
However, Sindh minister Saeed Gjani has said that the prime minister shouldopen the doors of his Bani Gala residence for the Bengali and Afghanimmigrants if he has got concerns for them.
