*RAWALPINDI – The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has responded overthe brutal murder of the SP Tahir Khan Dawar.*
*He on Thursday said the slain SP Tahir Khan Dawar’s abduction fromIslamabad, his murder in Afghanistan and follow up behavior of Afghanauthorities raise questions, indicating “involvement or resources [of] morethan a terrorist organisation in Afghanistan.”*
“Brutal murder of SP Tahir in Afg[hanistan] is highly condemnable. We havelost a brave police officer. His abduction, move to Afg, murder and followup behaviour of Afg authorities raise questions which indicate involvementor resources more than a terrorist organisation in Afg[hanistan],” saidAsif Ghafoor, Director General of the military’s media wing in a statementon official Twitter handle.

He further wrote: “While investigations by Pakistani authorities are inprocess, we reiterate that Afgan security forces to cooperate in borderfencing and bilateral border security coordination to deny use of Afghanterritory against Pakistan.”
