ISLAMABAD – PM Citizen Portal App has set a new record with at least172,109 complaints revived so far.
Over 172,109 complaints have been received by the Prime Minister’s Officethrough a mobile app, PM s Citizens Portal in the past two months.
According to sources, around 59,632 complaints had been resolved whilearound 112,477 complaints were yet to be addressed.
Sources further informed that at least 25,476 complaints were received fromthe people of Sindh province out of which 1,558 complaints had beenresolved.
The people of Punjab have registered 81,021 complaints in the period of twomonths out of which 28,503 complaints had been resolved while the remainingwere yet to be addressed.
At least 20,939 complaints were received from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwaprovince out of which 7,990 had been resolved.
The PM s Citizens Portal was launched by the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf(PTI) government on October 28 this year with an aim to “timely address theproblems of the people.
