ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday announced that the PakistanCitizen Portal (PCP) Application has successfully addressed more than100,000 complaints thus far.
In a tweet, he urged the nation to use official account of Prime MinisterDevelopment Unit for effective complaints’ response.
The prime minister said the development marked the highest and fastestgrievance redressal in the country’s history within a short span of only 60days.
PCP, launched in October this year by the government, is a completegrievance redressal system, which is connected with all the governmentdepartments and monitored by the Prime Minister Office.
People lodge complaint through a smartphone app, website, e-mail andFacebook. A complaint can also be registered through a toll free number.All complaints are resolved in a given timeframe and a transparent mannerto the satisfaction of the complainant.
