ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved in principle the draftStrategic Economic Framework between Pakistan and Turkey.
He accorded the approval while chairing a meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister directed for early finalization of the framework aimingat transforming the bilateral relations between the two countries into abroader growing strategic economic relationship.
He also directed relevant ministries to vigorously pursue this frameworkand put in place strong institutional arrangements for its implementation,once finalized.
Finance Minister informed the meeting that the structure will serve asoverarching strategic policy framework integrating all facets of existingbilateral economic cooperation into a single platform.
