NEW DELHI – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at the Congressparty for being soft on Pakistan and asking for air strike proof.
He was addressing a rally in Patna on Sunday.
Modi was irked by the critics of his own country and said when India shouldhave spoken in one voice, 21 opposition parties gathered in Delhi to adopta resolution condemning the Centre and his government.
He said rather than encouraging the armed forces, the Congress is doing andsaying things to make Pakistan clap in glee.
Modi also accused opposition parties of helping Pakistan and harming Indiawith their statements.
It may be recalled that after the release of video recording of capturedIndian Wing Commander Abhinandan,voices started emerging from inside Indiapressurizing government to provide proof of airstrikes in Balakot asclaimed by Indian Army.
