*ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued notices tothree female Members National Assembly (MNA) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) in case pertaining to dual nationality.*
According to the details, the IHC took up the petition of Pakistan MuslimLeague-N (PML-N) MNAs. During the hearing, the counsel of the applicant wasof the view that PTI MNAs *Malayka Bukhar*i,* Tashfeen Safdar* and *KanwalShowzeb*are dual nationals.
The petitioner stated that all three PTI leaders have lied to the apexcourt. He also appealed the court to disqualify the MNAs under Article 62and 63 of the constitution.
The court while issuing notices to PTI MNAs summoned their replies in aweek.
