ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan arrives in Lahore today.

He is scheduled to make his first official visit to the provincial capitalLahore on Friday.

The premier will stay at his residence in Zaman Park and will hold meetingswith Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and other party leaders.

He will discuss the name of candidates for the by-poll due to be held ontwo seats of National and Provincial assemblies.

Imran Khan will also address the Punjab cabinet on Saturtday.

On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate forPresident Arif Alvi is also arriving in Lahore for election campaign.

He will meet Punjab CM and possibly with the premier. Alvi will also callon members of Punjab cabinet and speaker assembly Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
