Sri Lanka leases strategic Hambantota port to China in a blow to India

Sri Lanka will sign a 1.1 billion dollars deal to lease the southern Hambantota port to China on Saturday.
Leader of the United National Party told reporters in Colombo today that located near the main shipping route from Asia to Europe will play a key role in China's "Belt and Road" initiative.
