ISLAMABAD – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar discussed theprovincial cabinet formation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Both discussed the provincial cabinet formation on Saturday.

Sources said that 15 ministers will be inducted into the cabinet in thefirst phase.

Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed is likely to get the portfolio of Housing,Communication and Works and Aleem Khan Local Bodies.

Dr Yasmin Rashid, Sibtain Khan, Hashim Jawan Bakhat, Hasnain BahadarDareshak, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Raja Basharat and Jahanzeb Khichi are likely toget ministries.

The Punjab cabinet will take oath on August 28. Governor-designate ChSarwar will administer the oath to the cabinet members.
