PIA launches yet another new international route from Lahore

LAHORE – Pakistan International Airlines on Monday has launched yet another new international route from Lahore.
PIA has launched new flights to Bangkok, Thailand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
There will be twice-weekly flights from Lahore to Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, a spokesperson from the airline said, adding that Boeing 777 will be used for these routes.
The first flight for Kuala Lumpur, PK 896, took off at 4:45am today from Lahore after a gap of two years, said a press release issued by the national flag carrier.
The Lahore-Kuala Lumpur flight will stop over in Bangkok. Another flight will run from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok.

According to an agreement, the Malaysian Airline will take PIA customers to the Thai capital in cases of the low number of passengers.
If there will be the sufficient number of passengers, a PIA official said the national flag carrier will keep its journey further to Bangkok.
