KABUL – Responsibility claimed for Deadly twin bombing in Afghanistan,several high profile figures claimed killed by Afghan Taliban.
The Taliban group has claimed responsibility for twin explosions inLashkargah city, the provincial capital of Helmand province.
Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid issued a statement claiming thatseveral high level government officials including deputy provincialgovernor, provincial intelligence chief, border forces commander, directorof information and culture, director of agriculture and irrigation, anddirector of economy of Helmand were killed or wounded.
Mujahid went on to claim that the civilians were not hurt in the twoexplosions.

The Ministry of Interior officials have said at least 3 people have diedand more than 30 others have sustained injuries in the explosions.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Omar Zwak said at least two peole have diedand 21 others have sustained injuries in today’s twin explosions.
