ISLAMABAD – Newly-elected federal minister for Information and BroadcastingFawad Ahmed Chaudhry has said that the process of accountability to bekicked off from PM and federal cabinet.

He said it has been decided to start accountability from PM Imran Khan andhis cabinet. He said assets which have already been declared by Khan andthe cabinet will be made public, adding that the additional cars in use ofPM will also be put on auction.——————————

No government office holder will be allowed to avail health facilitiesoverseas on national exchequer while foreign tours of the ministers, exceptfederal minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Qureshi, on the sameexpense have also been restricted, he added.

Fawad Chaudhry said PM does not intend to make any foreign tours over thenext three months unless there is a pressing matter in need to be addressed.

Avenfield properties are subject to ownership of the people of Pakistan. Atask force led by Shehzad Akbar has been formed to recover all illegalassets stashed abroad, he continued.

PTI leader said that law and interior ministries have been directed to makearrangements to bring Hassan and Hussein and Ishaq Dar and present thembefore the court.
