ISLAMABAD – National Assembly session starts to elect Leader of the House.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan and PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif are in the fieldfor election of Prime Minister.

Prior to the session, Members of the National Assembly belonging to PTI andits allies will meet at Parliament House with Imran Khan in the chair at2.00 pm to formulate strategy for the session.

Radio Pakistan’s correspondent says the election would be held throughdivision of the House.

Radio Pakistan will broadcast live proceedings of the session fromparliament house at 03:30 p.m.

The elected Prime Minister is likely to take oath tomorrow.
