LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aleem Khan has spoken overthe issue of the CM Punjab nominee.

PTI will reveal the name of its candidate for the slot of Punjab chiefminister on August 17.

This was stated by PTI leader Abdul Aleem Khan who said primeminister-in-waiting Imran Khan will make the announcement.

Names of Dr Yasmin Rashid, Dr Murad Rass are prominent while names ofpoliticians from Sahiwal and Mianwali regions are also doing the rounds.

PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry said Satuday the party had shortlistedthree names*linkthe slot. “Three names have been shortlisted for Punjab CM’s slot,” he toldreporters in Islamabad.

It has been told that party’s stalwarts have raised severe objections overconsidering names of Bahadur Dreshak and Hashim Hamid for slot of PunjabCM. They apprised top brass that aforementioned dignities have joined PTIjust two months ago and asserted on considering name of loyal aide for thePunjab’s highest position.
