Is Pakistan Super League being scandalised?

DUBAI: Pakistan Super League being played successfully in Dubai has been scandalised by the unknown elements.

The episode seems to be a replica of the events that happened previously with Pakistan players Mohammad Amir, Asif and Salman But.

No concrete evidence has yet been provided by either PCB or International Cricket Council. What all is available with media is just a speculation or the news from the sources which have yet not been verified by any credible national or international official agency.

The pictures which have been aired in the media of the probable bookie have been nullified by the bookie himself.

Sanaullah, an alleged bookie seen in a picture with Sharjil Khan and Khalid Latif, who were suspended on spot-fixing charges, on Saturday took to media stating, “I am not a bookie but a friend of the players”.

Talking to a private news channel, Sanaullah said that he has friendship with Sharjil Khan before starting of his cricket career, adding that he ran a business in Dubai and just invited them for having a meal together.

Sanaulla who hails from Dera Ghazi Khan also confirmed his presence in the picture, adding that he has friendship with many other players.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had been provisionally suspended Islamabad United players Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif for their alleged involvement in spot-fixing in the ongoing second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 in Dubai.
