Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has again called upon Taliban to give up fighting and join the peace process.
Addressing a press conference in Kabul on Tuesday, he said the time is running out and Taliban will lose the chance for talks.
Ashraf Ghani expressed hope that talks of Quadrilateral Coordination Group, which includes Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and the US, will resume soon to yield the desired results.
It is pertinent to mention here that Chinese Foreign Minister has earlier visited Pakistan and Afghanistan and persuaded both the regional brotherly states to sort out differences.
The revival of the Afghan Taliban dialogues with the Afghan government was also agreed in the same tour, which would bring Pakistan and Afghanistan closer in removing the differences.
