ISLAMABAD – A meeting on media strategy was held in Islamabad today withPrime Minister Imran Khan in the chair.

It was attended by high leadership including Information Minister ChaudharyFawad Hussain.

The meeting decided to devise a strategy to highlight the importantdecisions of PTI government, including noticeable reduction in governmentexpenditures, abolition of the discretionary powers of the Prime Minister,and election of a middle class representative as Chief Minister Punjab.

It also decided to make the details of lavish expenditures of PML-Ngovernment public. Briefings will also be held on economic distress causedby the previous government, especially in energy and power sectors.

The meeting decided that all decisions will be taken with consensus bytaking the parliament into confidence.
