ISLAMABAD – The PTI chairman Imran Khan while referring to former primeminister Nawaz Sharif’s statement regarding aliens said that, “Just lookat the Asghar Khan case.” He was talking to media at the occassion oflawmkers from south Punjab joining PTI.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said that rest of theprovince is suffering because of focus of investment in Lahore and a senseof deprivation has been prevailing in South Punjab.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad along with the leaders of JanobiPunjab Sooba Mahaz (JPSM), he said that South Punjab has suffered greatinjustice, adding that the PTI will form a committee to solve SouthPunjab s issues.

Khan went on to say that it is necessary to South Punjab a separateprovince and merger of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in KhyberPakhtunkhwa (KP).

“Switzerland has 25 provinces which makes their own decisions after hearingthe demands of their people,” he added.

The PTI chairman said that after coming to power, his will empower peopleat the grass root level as empowering them is important for a progressivePakistan.

Khan said: “Only those nations prosper where power is transferred to thelower level.”
