MULTAN – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) MNA Malik Amir Dogar is likely tobe arrested after a power theft case was registered against him in Multan.

Sub-divisional officer (SDO) industrial state arrived at Dogar’s residencealong with an inspection team. Air conditioner and other electricalappliances were in use in the house but the electricity meter was notrunning. Following this Multan

Electric Power Company (Mepco) team disconnected his meter over power theft.

A case against the PTI MNA has been filed in Muzaffarabad police stationunder electricity act 4623.

Mepco officials say that further action will be taken against Amir Dogarafter prosecution.
