Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) sent back the case to the Chief Justice to constitute a new bench when an application was moved by the Ahmed Raza Kasuri counsel for the Malik Amir Haider Sangha.

It is pertinent to mention here that the ECP on Dec 28 had annulled the election of Ms. Malik as chairperson of the council by a majority vote of three to one on the basis of allegation of a voter flaunting his ballot paper at the time of polling.
