PTI issues instructions for minimum protocol, security for PM elect Imran Khan

*ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeem-ul-Haq on Mondayrequested the security agencies to provide minimum possible protocol toImran Khan as the latter was against any such thing which could createhurdle for common men*.

“When Imran Khan exited from his house, he came to know that he was givenfull protocol of the prime minister by the government which was detested byhim,” he said while talking to media.

Despite realising the threats against the prime minister-designate PTIchief, Naeem said he would request police and other security agencies tokeep the protocol as less as possible.

“Khan wishes not to create trouble for anybody when he is travelling,” hesaid.

The PTI has emerged as the single largest party in July 25 generalelections.

The party claims to be enjoying the support of 125 MNAs which include atleast nine independent members out of the total of 13. However, its tallyreaches 174 with addition of its small coalition partners and reservedseats for women and minorities.

It will also get support from Balochistan National Party (Mengal) afterwhich its total numbers in the National Assembly would reach 177.
