RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Bajwa visited on Wednesday homeof Muhammad Ali Khan at Gharh Khel, Karak, whose three sons out of eighthave laid their lives for motherland in various operations, according to anInter-Services Public Relations statement.
Ali Khan’s three sons included Lance Naik Khurshid, Naib Subedar Umer Darazfrom FC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Haveldar Sher Daraz in army, according tothe ISPR press release.
Whereas, three of Ali’s sons are serving in FC KP and army while two of hisnephews Sepoy Hazrat Ali and Sepoy Lal Marjan sacrificed their lives forthe country.
The ISPR statement mentioned that four of Ali’s nephews are servingcurrently in army.
The army chief paid tribute to the family for its services and greatsacrifices. “Till the time we have great parents and such brave sons nothreat can deter Pakistan,” said the ISPR.
