ISLAMABAD (APP): General Secretary of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has challenged the Indian rulers and their local collaborators in Indian occupied Kashmir to call forces' personnel back to their barracks and see how the people give verdict about their future political status.
