ANKARA – In a blow to US, Leading Islamic country Turkey may purchaseRussian fifth generation stealth fighter jet Su – 57

Turkey says it would seek alternatives if it could not acquire U.S. F-35fighter jets.

In an interview in Ankara, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar said Turkeyhas fulfilled its responsibilities as one of the partner countries in theF-35 program and U.S. should do its part accordingly.
