LONDON – Leader of Opposition in National Assembly and Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shahbaz Sharif makes surprise statementabout his return back to Pakistan.
Shehbaz Sharif on Friday responded humorously to a journalist when he wasasked about his return to Pakistan.
Talking to media in London on Friday after meeting his elder brother andformer prime minister Nawaz Sharif at Avenfield, he said that the PML-Nsupremo had underwent cardiac intervention.
The PML-N president said that a doctor specially came from Switzerland forSharif’s check up, adding that the former prime minister will undergo moremedical examinations on Saturday and Monday.

“Nawaz s medical appointments are booked,” he said. “If the need arises, hewill be taken to the hospital.”
Responding to a question about his return to Pakistan, younger Sharifmocked the journalist and said, “I would return to Pakistan if you[journalist] don’t like.
