ISLAMABAD – Applications for Hajj 2018 under the government scheme will bereceived from Monday.
Under the government scheme, 120,000 people will perform Hajj this year.
A 10pc quota has been fixed for intending pilgrims over 80 years.
The Hajj expenditures for the northern region have been fixed at Rs280,000, while the expenditures for southern region are Rs 270,000.
Sources said that consultation will be held with all stakeholders to fixthe Hajj duration to 30 days.
