RAWALPINDI: Frontiner Corps Balochistan conducted raids in different areasof the province and apprehended several suspects including illegal Afghannationals on Friday, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
The intelligence-based operations (IBOs) were conducted in Sui, MuslimBagh, Barkhan, Sambaza, Mekhtar, Loralai and Mastung areas. Cache of arms,ammunition and explosive including Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) wererecovered during IBOs in these areas.
The ISPR stated that the law enforcement agencies have increased IBOs insupport of Khushal Balochistan program.
Earlier on Thursday, FC Balochistan apprehended 15 suspects including eightterrorists involved in attack on police in its intelligence-basedoperations in Zhob, Sibbi, Dera Murad Jamali Mach and Killi Ismail.
Seventy kilograms explosive, weapons and ammunition and communicationequipment have been recovered from them.
