QUETTA: Balochistan Police Inspector General (IG) Moazzam Jah AnsariWednesday said the gun attack incident transpired at 8am early this morningin which four FC personnel lost their lives.
Talking to media, the IG Ansari said the FC personnel were on routinepatrolling in the area, as the area around the railway track is patrolledon daily basis.
Vowing that the terrorism will soon be curbed in Quetta, Balochistan policechief said the four FC troops were the targeted killed by the terrorists.
IG Balochistan said Quetta Safe City project is fast in progress.
Earlier this morning, four security personnel were martyred when someunidentified miscreants ambushed them in Quetta.
According to police, the attack took place early this morning in Quettaarea of Languabad where the unknown attackers opened fire at the vehicle ofthe security personnel, leaving all four dead on the spot.
The police said dead bodies were shifted to Frontier Corps Hospital Quetta.The miscreants were riding a motorbike at the time of assault, according topolice.
