QUETTA – Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman says the PAF’sresolve to defend the motherland against any aerial aggression will remainunshakable.
He was addressing a ceremony to mark the raising of a new multirolesquadron, equipped with JF-17 Thunder at PAF Base Samungli in Quetta today.
The Air Chief said we understand the kind of conspiracies being hatched bythe enemies of Pakistan but our resolve is very firm and response veryclear.
He said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will turn not only the history andface of Balochistan but the entire country.
Sohail Aman said the new No. 28 Multirole Squadron, equipped with JF-17,has the responsibility to provide day and night aerial defence of thecountry especially along the western borders.
He expressed the confidence that No 28 Squadron would create the desiredstrategic balance in a most befitting manner.
The Air Chief awarded the squadron emblem to Wing Commander Amir ImranCheema, Officer Commanding No 28 Multirole Squadron.
