SRINAGAR: Indian AirForce station in occupied Jammu and Kashmir has comeunder heavy fire from the militants, Indian media has reported.

A group of militants on Tuesday attacked an Air Force Station in Jammu andKashmir’s Malangpora.

The armed men opened fire upon guards at the Air Force Station. No reportsof casualties or injuries have been reported yet. The encounter is stillgoing on till the filing of this report.

Earlier this month, two soldiers were killed after a group of heavilyarmed militants attacked an Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir’s Sunjwan area.

Six others, including women and children, were also injured in the firingby the terrorists.

The gunmen hurled grenades and used a heavy volume of automatic gunfire toenter the military station.
