ISLAMABAD – PML (N) leader Nawaz Sharif is preparing the people for massreaction upon his jail sentence.

He has said that being behind bars cannot stop him from leading his people.He said he does not want any such situation, but if it does occur, peoplewill respond to his call even if he is sent to jail.

Talking to media outside NAB court, he demanded an open trial so that thereis no confusion or equivocation regarding his case. He said he will meetthe PM tomorrow and suggest him this.

He further said that the NAB ordinance was made to target politicians.“When I was Attock Jail, NAB was formed,” he informed.

He supported the democratic process and said that he does not want anymishap in the country. He said he wants to see the process of developmentnot getting interrupted by any force.

He also asked why the Supreme Court did not take suo moto notice of thenews of horse-trading in the Senate elections. He said that the countrydoes not belong to one province only.

“Although Imran Khan confessed, law is different for him.”

He said that he has become ideological now and surrounded by ideologues.
